Band Description

Despite their playful laid back attitude this blue collar Steel City band is a hot five-piece Blues band that will get the folks out of their seats with a rough and tough sweaty blues of their own. They were just having fun with the music they loved and 12 years later & three “Live” CD’s and 1 original CD later, they’re traveling & performing at places they’ve never dreamed. Their music has airplay on HD radio, local and regional blues radio stations as well as in Europe, Canada and Australia…this is really cool considering they all have to be at work on Monday morning!

Festival Highlights included:
The King Biscuit Blues Festival, Helena, Arkansas, The Heritage Music Festival BluesFest, Wheeling, West Virginia, The Pittsburgh Blues Festival, Pittsburgh, PA, The Charlie West Blues Fest, Charleston, WV, The Erie Art Museum Blues & Jazz Festival, Erie, Pennsylvania, The 3rd Annual Blues, Brews and BBQ, Lima, Ohio, The Finger Lakes Wine Festival, Watkins Glen, NY, The Port Erie Summer Concert Series, Erie PA, The West Virginia RoadKill Cook-off Marlinton, West Virginia, The Summertime Blues Festival, Havre De Grace, Maryland, The Riverside Wine Festival, Findlay, Ohio

Mahajibee hosts diverse touring acts including:
BB King, Magic Slim & the Teardrops, Robert Belfour, Lindsey Alexander, Kim Wilson, Bernard Allison, Anthony Gomes, Kenny Wayne Shepard, Barbara Blue, Billy Price, Pat Travers, Deep Purple, Robert Bradley's Black Water Surprise and Devon Allman's Honeytribe.

"We first saw these guys at the Pittsburgh Blues Festival in 2006 and they were equal to many "more famous" performers that we have seen at various blues festivals around the country. I have been waiting for over a year to get my hands on their CD and it was worth the wait!! Keep up the good work - you are destined to go far!!"
