I\'m falling behind, I know. Definitely not as many votes I usually get, but I\'ve been so busy booking shows, lacking managers, doing marketing, commenting, making videos, and music.
I\'m running all this shit myself!! How can one person do it all?!!!
They can\'t. Which is why I likely won\'t win this contest, but I Want to very badly. I swear I will return all the votes I can. I plan on it. Very near the future. I want this more badly than those emo pop punk bands. I want to bring more hip-hop to Warped Tour!!!
Help me out. Thank you.

So the rate is still going swell. Just got to keep it up. I also put a new remix on youtube.com/nonelikjoshua, if you want to check that out.
New stats: NLJ is #1 in Overall Hip-hop bands and #1 in Hip-hop for Atlanta. NLJ is #7 for Atlanta Overall.
Please keep voting and I will vote for you back whether I post it in the comment or not, usually I don\'t have time to. I\'m just so close to getting there, and I want this more than anybody.
Of course, that shitty gutter punk band Recycled Flower is still winning, but hopefully that will change in time.
I\'ll be coming out with some new originals this summer, probably before Warped Tour for everyone to hear. Please keep in touch and keep voting; I greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Progress has been great so far. I\'ve been able to keep up at least 300 votes a week and am getting closer and closer to the top 3, and hopefully #1. I don\'t know how these other bands are getting hundreds and hundreds of random votes to get them 1000 in a week, but hey, they\'re just doing their thing.
It\'s been pretty tough to go in and vote for other bands since I\'ve been busy with finals and papers in school and working for a recording studio, but this summer I will definitely get to it one way or another, so please keep voting. I will not forget.
I\'ve also moved to 7th place for Top Overall bands in Atlanta, and I am in 1st place for hip-hop in Atlanta. I could not have done it without all of you voting for me, so I thank you.
Please keep voting, I am nearly there, and I\'ll be putting up new songs soon and hopefully get more votes. Thank you so much.

Just wanted to thank everybody that\'s voted for me so far. I moved up to 7th place today and I couldn\'t be any more thankful. I\'m getting closer and closer to first, though I have a lot of catching up to do.
Please keep voting for me, let me know you voted, and I will return your vote one way or another. That\'s just the nice thing to do.
Recycled Flower is still winning, and I will likely shoot myself in the foot if they win. There are even better bands that I\'m competing with who deserve to win over that band, but hey, I don\'t vote to just vote.
Anyway, I\'ve been getting in touch with a lot of indie hip-hop rappers, poets, beatboxers, DJs, and I\'m going to start setting up shows for the Fall of 2010 for my album release. Contact me if you\'re going to be in New Orleans! Or Atlanta for this summer and I\'ll help get something together!
Thank you to everyone, and thank you for your vote.

Thank you to everyone who\'s voted for me so far. I have a long way to go but I\'m slowly getting there. I know this post is a day late but I just remembered to put it up.
I\'m even happier that I\'ve been meeting more and more bands to possibly tour with and do shows and what not. I think the opportunities will keep flowing as I gain more and more votes.
Thank you to all my friends and family too who have been very supportive.
Of course, the worst band in the world is still winning for Atlanta, but we can change that!
Thank you for your vote,
Josh
None Like Joshua was created as a musical outlet for Joshua in the summer of 2008. After years of musicianship in the drums, guitar, bass, and piano, Josh was finally able to incorporate his musical talent into an experimental project dealing with acoustic pop rock, and electronica hip-hop. With some success on his first album Incipit Vita Nova, Josh has gained an Internet popularity most would find impressive for a beginning artist.
Using his skills and knowledge from his Music Industry Major at Loyola University, Josh utilized as many Internet marketing outlets as possible. His hard work began to pay off when Josh became a featured musician on networkingmusician.com and dubbed as the “quintessential expression of the new world musician.” None Like Joshua was also named winner for the daily feature on bandfortheday.com by user vote. NLJ has also achieved over 10,000 views and 4,500 song plays on Myspace in a little over a year and a half since its creation in 2008. Incipit Vita Nova, now available for free downloading, has achieved over 500 plays in 2 months on nonelikejoshua.bandcamp.com. Josh has also gained over 250 fans on Facebook since NLJ’s formation.
Not only does NLJ have a fan base in the United States but also has a small fan base across the globe, spanning from Indonesia, Eastern Europe, Africa, Brazil, and the United Kingdom. Clearly, None Like Joshua has some future potential in store.
NLJ is in the process of combining the two genres he enjoys most (acoustic rock and electronica hip-hop) into one entity for the upcoming album: Maniac Devices, set to be released for 10/10/2010 on iTunes and other e-tailers. Joshua’s music speaks from a personal side with lyrics the Wolf Magazine says are “compelling enough to make the listener want to find out more.” It’s difficult to place a musical label on NLJ, but we could say it’s experimental with an emphasis on hip-hop; similar to artists like Kid Cudi, Buck 65, and Sage Francis.
Find out why more people are beginning to believe there really is none like Joshua.
